The “Closer” is a hybrid performance surfboard that combines the speed and easy paddling of a small-wave board with the control and maneuverability of a high-performance shortboard. It’s wider, and thicker, than a traditional board adding volume for better wave-catching and a flatter rocker for generating speed in weaker conditions. Designed for versatility, it performs well in small to overhead waves and suits intermediate to advanced surfers who want a responsive yet forgiving “all-around” board.
