Our Promise to You

We want you to ride the waves with confidence! If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, our hassle-free return process ensures you’re covered.

 


 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

  • Exceptions: Custom surfboards, personalized items, and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 


 

Refund Options

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable but can be exchanged for store credit.

 


 

Steps to Return an Item

  1. Submit a Request: Start your return by emailing us at returns@dstreetboardroom.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Prepare the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Shipping:

    • For online orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • For in-store purchases: Bring your item to our Encinitas store for a quick refund or exchange.

  4. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the item is received and inspected.

 


 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at louis@dstreetboardroom.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund.
