What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. -
Are custom or personalized items eligible for return?
Custom surfboards, personalized items, and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. -
Can I return an item purchased in-store?
Yes, bring the item and your receipt to our Encinitas location within 30 days for a refund or exchange. -
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for online orders. -
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. -
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item is damaged, email us at returns@dstreetboardroom.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we’ll replace it or issue a refund. -
